Welcome to ALLSTAR SERVICE SOLUTIONS LLC. These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern your use of our IT solutions, security camera installation, website development, and other technology services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Services Offered
ALLSTAR SERVICE SOLUTIONS LLC provides a variety of IT services, including but not limited to:
• Computer repair and troubleshooting
• Network setup and maintenance
• Security camera installation
• Website design and development
• Smart home integration
• IT consulting and managed services
• Cybersecurity solutions
• Data backup and recovery
Services may be subject to change, expansion, or discontinuation at our discretion.
2. Client Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
• Provide accurate and necessary information for service completion.
• Ensure access to equipment, software, or locations required for service.
• Secure all necessary permissions for installations, including landlord or HOA approvals.
• Maintain backups of your data before any IT work (we are not responsible for data loss).
• Use our services lawfully and not for fraudulent or malicious purposes.
3. Payments & Pricing
• All services must be paid in full upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
• Deposits may be required for website development, security camera installation, or custom IT solutions.
• Prices are subject to change. If pricing changes after you have booked a service, the original agreed-upon price will be honored.
• Late payments may incur fees.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
• Clients may cancel services at least 48 hours before the scheduled service to receive a full refund, except for non-refundable deposits.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of a scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Refunds are processed as outlined in our Refund Policy.
5. Service Limitations & Liability
ALLSTAR SERVICE SOLUTIONS LLC will make reasonable efforts to provide high-quality service, but we do not guarantee:
• That services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every customer expectation.
• That security cameras or IT systems will be 100% resistant to cyber threats, theft, or tampering.
• The recovery of lost data due to hardware failure, software corruption, or client actions.
We are not responsible for damages, loss of profits, data loss, or system failures resulting from:
• Pre-existing issues with your devices or network.
• Client misuse or unauthorized modifications after service.
• Software or hardware limitations beyond our control.
• Delays due to supplier shortages or external factors.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
6. Security Camera Installation Disclaimer
• We provide professional installation, but we do not monitor security cameras or guarantee footage retention.
• Clients are responsible for monitoring, recording, and compliance with privacy laws.
• We are not liable for security breaches, tampering, or malfunctions caused by external factors.
7. Website Design & IT Solutions
• Clients must provide all necessary content (text, images, branding) before website development begins.
• Once a website is completed and approved, no refunds will be issued.
• We are not responsible for third-party hosting failures, domain expirations, or security breaches.
• Website maintenance services require a separate contract.
8. Third-Party Software & Services
Certain services may require third-party software or licenses. We are not responsible for:
• Software updates or changes affecting performance.
• Third-party service outages (e.g., hosting, cloud storage, security monitoring).
• Additional costs from third-party providers.
9. Warranty & Support
• We offer limited warranties on certain installations (e.g., security cameras, networking). Details will be provided in your service agreement.
• Software troubleshooting is provided as-is, and we do not guarantee permanent fixes for recurring issues.
• Clients may request additional support at standard service rates.
10. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate services without notice if a client:
• Engages in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activities.
• Fails to pay for services rendered.
• Violates these Terms of Service.
11. Privacy & Data Protection
We respect client privacy and handle data securely. However, we are not responsible for:
• Data loss due to hardware/software failure or cyberattacks.
• Client failure to use strong passwords or security measures.
• Third-party data breaches (e.g., hosting providers, cloud services).

12. Dispute Resolution
• Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith communication.
• If unresolved, disputes shall be handled through mediation or arbitration in Mississippi.
• Legal action may only be taken if all other resolution methods fail.
13. Changes to Terms of Service
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.
