Refund Policy

At ALLSTAR SERVICE SOLUTIONS LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality IT solutions and exceptional service. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted for our IT services, security camera installations, website development, and other technology solutions.
1. Service Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility depends on the stage of service completion:
A. IT Services (Computer Repair, Network Setup, IT Support, Smart Home Integration, etc.)
β’ Before Service Begins β If you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled service, you are eligible for a full refund.
β’ After Service Has Started β If cancellation occurs after work has begun, a partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work completed and any costs incurred.
β’ Completed Services β No refunds will be provided once the service is fully rendered unless there is a proven defect or failure in service delivery.
B. Security Camera Installation
β’ Before Installation Begins β A full refund will be issued if cancellation occurs at least 72 hours before the scheduled installation.
β’ After Equipment Purchase or Installation Begins β If materials have been purchased or installation has started, refunds will be issued minus the cost of materials and labor already provided.
β’ Completed Installations β Once installation is completed, no refunds will be granted. However, we offer technical support and troubleshooting if you experience any issues.
C. Website Design & Development
β’ Project Deposits β Website design projects require an upfront deposit (non-refundable) to secure services.
β’ Cancellation During Development β A partial refund may be considered based on the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation.
β’ Completed Projects β Once the final website has been delivered and approved, no refunds will be issued.
D. Monthly Service Plans or Maintenance Agreements
β’ Clients who subscribe to ongoing IT support, website maintenance, or security monitoring plans may cancel at any time.
β’ Refunds for prepaid services will be prorated based on the remaining unused service period, except when cancellation occurs within the last 7 days of a billing cycle.
2. Exceptions & Non-Refundable Services
Certain services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
β’ Emergency & Same-Day IT Services β Due to immediate response and labor involved.
β’ Custom Software & Website Development β Once final approval is received from the client.
β’ Licensing Fees or Third-Party Services β Any costs associated with software, hosting, domain registration, or third-party services are non-refundable.
β’ Training & Consulting Services β If consulting sessions or training have already been provided.
3. Refund Processing
β’ Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

β’ Refunds will not be granted for service dissatisfaction if the issue could have been resolved through our technical support team.
